Loop have completed the Stage 2 design for this exciting 250 unit later-living concept in central Bath.
An in-depth study was undertaken on the heating strategy for the development which entailed detailed reviews of new fuel emission factors and upcoming SAP10 requirements. The development will feature an Automated Parking System on two levels that required detailed consideration for mechanical ventilation and commercial sprinkler protection strategies.
We are pleased to be partnering with Marchese Partners on this exciting scheme and looking forward to others in the pipeline. Guild Living are looking to build 3,000 new homes over the next 5 years.
