Resident Engineer
The Old Admiralty Building, colloquially referred to as OAB, is the former home of the British Admiralty which has recently undergone extensive refurbishments, undertaken by the Department of Education, to enable the Department of International Trade to take possession of the building for the foreseeable future.
Loop Engineering were appointed to support Aeries and Kier FM through the handover process of OAB as resident engineers. Our role consisted of primarily assisting the client throughout the MEP handover process by undertaking defects management, reviewing contractors O&M information, and assisting with asset verification.
