Loop Engineering have undertaken a number of MEP, VT and Fire Strategy reviews for the client. We have completed the design of replacement Boiler systems for the Residential, Teaching and Administration blocks. Works also included the replacement of the Central Chillers.
Loop Engineering were appointed to support Aeries and Kier FM through the handover process of OAB as resident engineers. Our role consisted of primarily assisting the client throughout the MEP handover process by undertaking defects management, reviewing contractors O&M information, and assisting with asset verification.
