Loop Engineering were appointed to undertake the full MEP system design for 127 new private residences in Watford on the site of the old Garston Bus Garage on St Albans Road.
Concept and detailed MEP Design for new circa £25M+ 120 unit residential development in the heart of Angel, London. The project included the development of private and affordable apartments as well underground car park with car lifts and on site generator. The basement was directly adjoining the underground tunnel which added complication to the project. We were appointed for detailed design duties up to Stage F producing fully coordinated layouts for electrical, mechanical, public health, and vertical transportation services.
Loop Engineering were appointed for the full design of the MEP services to the prestigious Brent Cross Town Marketing Pavilion that will be used as sales space, café, meeting rooms and interactive spaces. The scheme is one of the first sites being developed by Argent on the Brent Cross South site.

Loop Engineering were appointed to deliver stage 2 design for this 271 apartment, and 4 retail unit development. The plot is part of the wider Brent Cross town redevelopment and as such already has planning approval subject to a Reserved Matters Application (RMA). As part of this RMA we produced an energy and sustainability statement, including BREEAM, SAP and SBEM analysis.
