Full MEP Design for 149 new private and housing association residences in Watford on the site of an old car park adjacent to the Red Lion Pub in Southall.
The development is to be served by an air source heat pump system and corresponding het network to meet the sustainable aspirations of the project as well as the local authority planning conditions.
The residences are a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments split across 3 blocks as well as an ancillary block, amenity space, communal terraces, and electric vehicle charging. Loop Engineering used Revit 2022 to produce a comprehensive services model that eases and speeds up the installation on site bringing tangible benefits to the contractors and consequently, to the developer.
